You can use an exercise stepper machine if you want to get fitter and improve your health. As part of a healthier lifestyle you should do a variety of different types of exercise including walking, rowing, weights, jogging and sporting activities, but be aware of your health when you start these things.     VERY gentle low-impact routine for women who have just given birth. These exercises are light enough that they can be done even in the first postpartum weeks.
